National Database and Registration Authority being a project implementing unit invites eligible candidates (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services as Procurement Specialists in the Temporarily Displaced Persons-Emergency Recovery Project. Interested candidates should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the expected Services. The services of individual con- consultants will be required/hired to assist the project team with all TDP-ERP procurement-related matters.
Positions Announced:
1. Consultant
The shortlisting criteria are: (i) The candidate must have 16 years of education, Master’s Degree holder (Preferably MBA/MSc), or equivalent in Supply Chain Management from a recognized institution. (ii) Minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in Procurement Management including 5 years of post-qualification experience in Procurement
Specialist in World Bank funded Projects / Programmes. (iii) Must have proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project), Primavera, and any other related software. (iv) Must have proficiency in STEP and World Bank Procurement Regulations. (v) Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in the relevant field. The maximum age of the candidate must be 55 years.
