Applications are invited from full-time students who are currently enrolled in a Ph.D. degree program in Geological Engineering or relevant fields to conduct work under the mentioned project.
Positions Announced:
1. Research Associate
The applicant must be a full-time regular student enrolled in the Ph.D. Geological Engineering or relevant fields at the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. The applicant must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or 70% marks in the graduate-level degree program. The applicant should have completed GIS-related courses in both undergraduate and
graduate-level degrees and should possess relevant experience in handling GIS-related research projects. Preference will be given to applicants who have completed their Ph.D. coursework and are prepared to initiate their Ph.D. research work. The applicant must not be receiving any scholarships, funds, remunerations, or salary and must not be on study leave. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview at the earliest.
Terms and Conditions:
The selected candidate will receive competitive remuneration/stipend for their Ph.D. research work for up to 04 years or until the completion of this project. The selected students must sign an agreement on a stamp paper, committing to full-time availability for the research work. In the event of non-compliance, he/she will be obligated to repay all remuneration/stipends received from the project funding.
