Positions Announced:
1. Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer
The candidate should be an eminent professional of known integrity and competence and should at least have a graduate degree in Engineering, Economics, Energy Management, Finance/ Accountancy, Business Administration, or Law from a reputable university/institution recognized/ accredited by HEC. Possession of a post-graduate degree will be a plus.
Experience: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 20 years (post qualification) experience in large public or private sector organizations with a minimum of 10 years of career in C-Suite or equivalent work experience in the oil and gas sector.
Age: The maximum age should not exceed 60 years at the closing date of application.
Note: The successful candidate shall be appointed in accordance with the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023, Public Sector Companies (Appointment of CEO) Guidelines, 2015, and Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013, and must fulfill the laid down fit and proper criteria. The selected candidate will be offered a 3-year performance-based contract with a market/ competitive salary and other perks & privileges commensurate with qualification and relevant experience. Qualified and experienced expatriate Pakistanis may also apply. In-service candidates of Grade IX and above may apply.
