Positions Announced:
1. Financial Specialist
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration. Finance / Economics. or Engineering) from a recognized university.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in providing advisory services for PPP large-scale infrastructure projects. Extensive experience
in conducting feasibility studies. financial modeling. project finance, investment analysis, systems transaction structuring and implementation, risk analysis, and PPP contract management, preferably in the transportation sector with a focus on BAT systems. Strong knowledge of the intricacies of BRT systems, including their operational and financial dynamics. Proficiency in analytical, communication, financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation skills.
2. Technical Specialist
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering. Urban Planning. or Transport Planning from a recognized university. A specialization or coursework in sustainable transportation, and renewable energy. or electric vehicle technologies would be beneficial to comprehend the unique requirements of EV buses and their integration into the BRT system. A minimum of 7 years of experience in providing technical advisory services for large-scale infrastructure and bus operations
projects, with a focus on PPP projects, preferably in the transportation sector, and knowledge of BRT systems. In-depth knowledge
of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to BRT systems and public transportation. Experience in conducting
Experience: technical due diligence. reviewing technical specifications, and evaluating the quality of bus fleets. Expertise in integrating electric
vehicles into transportation systems, particularly buses, including knowledge of charging infrastructure, battery management systems, range optimization, and facet electrification strategies. Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to identify operational improvements and their financial impacts.
3. Legal Specialist
Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university and be a member of a recognized bar association. A minimum of 7 years of experience in providing legal advisory services for infrastructure projects, with a focus on PPP projects, preferably in the transportation sector, and knowledge of BRT systems. Profound experience in PPP project documentation, contract
Experience: management. and dispute resolution. Demonstrated ability to draft. review, and negotiate complex legal agreements and contracts,
especially in the context of public-private partnerships. Strong knowledge of legal risk management and ensuring compliance within the framework of PPP agreements. Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
