Positions Announced:
1. Legal Expert (01 Position)
Qualification / Experience The Legal Expert should possess the following qualifications and experience: a) A master’s degree in Law (LLM) (Minimum 2nd Division) from a recognized University. Candidates with a financial background will be preferred. b) At least 10 years of corporate or commercial work experience, such as drafting and/or vetting commercial contracts, handling mergers and acquisitions or other commercial transactions, or drafting financing agreements. c) Experience in a law firm or in-house in companies, corporations, government bodies, partnership firms, or banks is required. d) Candidates with legal experience in drafting and/or vetting contracts related to public-private partnership projects or banking and finance transactions will be preferred. e) Familiarity with international best practices and standards in public-private partnerships. f) Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. g) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. h) Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Word, to efficiently handle documentation and prepare high-quality legal drafts.
2. Internal Auditor (01 Position)
Qualification / Experience The auditor should be a registered Chartered Accountant in either category A or B of the State Bank of Pakistan’s Panel of Auditor Firms, with a satisfactory Quality Control Review (QCR) rating. They should possess specific and proven competence and experience in conducting internal audits of large projects similar in nature for at least ten (10) years. Experience in implementing, managing, and providing support regarding software solutions is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working on donor-funded projects.
