Positions Announced:
1. Risk Analyst – Risk and Control Self-Assessment
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international
university/college/institute recognized by the HEC. Candidates having a Master’s degree and/or any other relevant certification(s) will be preferred. Minimum 03 years of experience in a bank and/or financial institution,
out of which 01 year in risk management. Basic knowledge of risk, controls, and regulatory requirements
Effective communication and presentation skills. To assist the supervisor in updating the Operational Risk (OR) framework and
procedures when required. To ensure the embedment of OR framework and procedure in the Bank through different assignments. To ensure that the Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSAs) developed are of high quality covering all risks and controls of respective functions including AML /CFT / CPE guidelines. To ensure the format of RCSAs and other requirements are completely met. To engage with the respective stakeholders to identify Key Risks. Indicators (KRIs) and conclude to the maximum level. To review all policies and procedures of other departments from the OR
perspective and highlight improvement areas. To keep the Risk Management Committee(s) list updated all the time and inform the line manager in case of any changes. To demonstrate a sound understanding of the policies and procedures of OR and other related matters such as regulatory guidelines, operational procedures, etc.
