Positions Announcement:

1. Wing Head – Career Management Wing

Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC Candidate having Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Public Administration and/or HR-related professional certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, etc. would be preferred. Minimum 10 years of Human Resource experience with at least 03 years in HR Career Management and/or HR Operations and/or Compensation & Benefits Candidate having experience working in a bank and/or Public Sector and/or large-scale organizations and/or working knowledge of SAP-HCM would be preferred
In-depth knowledge of Career Management, Compensation and Benefits, and HR Operations processes Good communication skills Good team player Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

To primarily responsible to execute Bank’s employee Promotion Process duly complying with the approved Promotion Policy of the Bank To ensure that the related information is obtained from all the stakeholders on time for swift execution of promotion policy and closely liaise with HR Business Partners for data and operational management To ensure that the procurement of services for execution of promotion policy is in line with Bank’s approved procedure including PPRA execution To review and recommend Promotion Policy changes to management and senior management To coordinate with HR Legal Compliance for conducting personal hearing, preparation and issuance of speaking orders in compliance of Court Orders.
