Positions Announced:
1. Senior Management Position – Lead Renewable & Clean Energy
Develop and drive the strategy for the renewable energy business. Identify market opportunities and challenges, and develop business cases with appropriate solutions and technologies. Perform commercial and technical diligence on projects/investments. Analyze and interpret regulations and policies, international benchmarks and solutions, ‘competitive landscape, power markets, and other data for business development in c lea n energy sector. Serve as a technical expert and business advisor on renewable energy and related technologies and innovations. Develop tech and digital infrastructure engineering, solutions, roadmaps, and implementation plans; define architecture design of systems and solutions to meet business needs. Take the lead in understanding new and relevant clean energy technologies for the purpose of efficiency in power consumption, Provide complex analytical recommendations in the design, implementation, and administration of policies and objectives involving matters of local, state, and federal government legislation and regulations
• Minimum 16 years of education, preferably, Master’s from a renowned and HEC-recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder Institution, preferably in the disciplines of Engineering and/or Business Management • Minimum 14-18 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 5 – 7 years of relevant functional experience at an equivalent position or one position below. • Experience in project management of renewable power plants from concept to feasibility studies and development. • Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, decision-making, strategic thinking, talent management, time management, presentation, communication & Interpersonal skills. • The candidate should not be more than 55 years of age as of the last date of submission of the application.
