Job Description: The candidate shall be responsible for the fulfillment of all coital/procedural formalities related to procurement/iced& expenditures from the EDF funding and will ensure that all procurement/ works/expenditures are in accordance with the Award of Work (Terms and Conditions) and government rules and regulations and shall be liable accordingly. The candidate will prepare a final report for onward submission to EDF to evaluate the technical an. analysis of the project.
