Positions Vacant:
1. Group Chief Operating Officer
Qualification / Experience: MBA / Masters degree or equivalent, preferably in healthcare administration or business management with 15 – 18 years of relevant experience including 5 years of experience in working at top management.
2. Chief Operating Officer
Qualification / Experience: MBA / Masters Degree (Preferably in Business or Health care Administration) with up to 15 – 20 years of post-qualification experience in a well-reputed organization.
3. Head of Human Resource & Organizational Development
Qualification / Experience: MBA / MPA and LLB with 8 – 10 years of experience in the relevant field including 5 years at Managerial level position.
4. Head of Admin and Legal Affairs
Qualification / Experience: MBA / MPA with 8 – 10 years of experience in the relevant field including 5 years at a managerial position.
5. Head of Marketing and Media Affairs
Qualification / Experience: MBBS / MBA / Masters with 8 – 10 years of experience in the relevant field including 5 years at Managerial level position.
6. Head of Nursing
Qualification / Experience: MScN / BScN with 8 – 10 years of experience in the relevant field including 5 years at a Managerial Position.
7. Head of IT
Qualification / Experience: MBA / Masters in Information Technology with 8 – 10 years of experience in the relevant field including 5 years at Managerial level position certification in PMP/ITIL/IEEE standard will be preferred.
8. Head of Procurement
Qualification / Experience: MBA / Masters with 8 – 10 years of experience in the relevant field including 5 years at Managerial level position certification in the supply chain will be an added advantage.
9. Head of Store
Qualification / Experience: MBA / Masters with 8 – 10 years of experience in the relevant field including 5 years at Managerial level Position.
10. Head Finance and Accounts
Qualification / Experience: MBA / Masters with 15 years of experience in the relevant field including 5 years at a managerial level position.
11. Head of Audit and Compliance
Qualification / Experience: CA Intermediate with 8 – 10 years of experience in the relevant field including 5 years at a managerial level position.
12. Head of Security and Vigilance
Qualification / Experience: Master / Graduate, Retired senior armed forces officer.
