Positions Announced:

1. Accountant – Payroll

Responsibilities: Prepare monthly payroll of all employees in the Payroll Software (HCM). Coordinate with the HR department on employees’ attendance reports and related issues. Disbursement of salaries in the employees’ bank account through online transfers and cheques. Prepare payroll summaries and arrange timely payments to EOBI, ESSI, and Provident Fund accounts. Ensure appropriate withholding tax deduction at source as per applicable income tax laws. General and issue annual certificates of income and withholding tax to all employees to facilitate the song of the income tax returns. Update general ledger and payroll ties. Resolve woe issues 9 Prepare full and final settlement payments. Participate in payroll audits

Qualification / Experience required for the following position: At least Commerce Graduate from a reputable university. Preferably have 3 to 5 years of working experience in a reputable organization in payroll processing. Skilled in Microsoft Office and Computerized Accounting. Good knowledge of handling payroll-related issues and deduction of income tax at source from Wanes. EOBI & ESSI-related issues
