The incumbent will drive the productivity movement in the country through an innovative and proactive approach, with special emphasis on competitiveness, benchmarking, social transformation, productivity awards, training, etc. Qualification: A graduate degree (Minimum 16 Years of Education) in Economics/ Engineering/ Management/ Business Administration from a well reputed HEC recognized institute
Qualification / Experience / Skills required for the following vacant position and job: Demonstrated experience of not less than 15 years with a minimum of 5 years experience in senior management and top leadership role at companies/ organizations. • Excellent consultative and communication skills. • Ability to understand complex economic policy issues, government administration, public/private sector reforms, and quality and productivity-related issues. • International experience in similar organizations would be viewed as an advantage. • Qualifies Fit and Proper Criteria of SECP.
Duration of the contract: The above position is for a contractual period of three years. Market-driven competitive salary as approved by the Board will be offered.
