Ph.D. in Law or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized University / Institution. 15 years of teaching /research experience in BPS 17 and above at the postgraduate level in an HEC-recognized University or Post-Graduate Institution or Professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization. OR 10 years Post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in BPS 17 and above at the postgraduate level in a recognized University or a Postgraduate Institution or Professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. OR L.L.M.., J.D or equivalent degrees from an HEC recognized University / Institution with 17 years of teaching/research experience in BPS 17 and above at postgraduate level in HEC recognized University or a Post-graduate Institution or Professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization The applicant must have 15 research publications with at least 05 research publications in the last 05 years, in HEC recognized journals
2. Associate Professor (BPS – 20) Law Shariah
Ph.D. in Law or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized University / Institution. 10 years of teaching/ research experience in BPS 17 and above at the postgraduate level in an HEC-recognized University or Post-Graduate Institution or Professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization. OR 05 years Post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in BPS 17 and above at the postgraduate level in a recognized University or a Postgraduate Institution or Professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. OR L.L.M.., J.D or equivalent degrees from an HEC recognized University / Institution with 12 years of teaching/research experience in BPS 17 and above at postgraduate level in HEC recognized University or a Post-graduate Institution or Professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization The applicant must have 15 research publications with at least 04 research publications in the last 05 years, in HEC recognized journals
