Positions Announced:
1. Chief Executive Officer
Qualification / Experience: • Ph.D. or Master in Business Administration, Public Finance, Public Policy, Engineering, or any other relevant field. Candidates with a relevant degree from a top-ranked foreign university will be preferred. • At least 12 years of overall professional work experience • Minimum 08 years of organizational/administrative leadership experience • Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in PPP or project finance • Comprehensive understanding of the theory and practice of public-private partnerships and related best practices. Familiarity with the Balochistan PPP framework will be an added advantage. • Experience in professional work with donor agencies or major private firms will be an added advantage. • Demonstrated leadership qualities, effective interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a multicultural team environment. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • An understanding of the social, cultural, political, and institutional environment of Balochistan will be an added strength.

Selection Method: Selection will be made by the Special Section Committee in accordance with the process stipulated in the Balochistan Public Private Partnership Act, 2021
Salary Package: Market-based competitive salary ranging from PKR 700,000-900,000 will be offered based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate
