Positions Announced:
1. Surveillance Supervisor
Job Responsibilities Manage & maintain all incident video clips report. Provide the concerning video clip in accordance with SHP BSC Security Policy, as required. Report any safety considerations to the appropriate authority for action. Report and offer solutions to any area of vulnerability to loss from Internal or external sources to the Security Officer of SBP BSC. Report violations of Criminal Investigation requirements to the Security Officer of SBP BSC. Maintain compliance with in-department procedures and policies. Coordinate with vendors for consistent availability of warranty, maintenance, and support services. Ensure that all Network Management and monitoring system are operational and effectively used for proactive network monitoring and management. Conduct electrical safety checks on security equipment regularly. Supervise immediate staff by scheduling rotation shifts on weekdays as well as on public holidays to ensure staff presence at all times. Maintain video recording of all cameras as per SBP BSC policy. Maintenance of equipment as per OEM recommended routines and logbooks accordingly.
2. Surveillance Operator (On Contract)
Job Responsibilities Monitor perimeter and vulnerable areas of the Bank through video surveillance regularly. Immediately inform the Surveillance Supervisor in case of an incident or unusual activity relating to security. Manage and maintain camera status and immediately inform the supervisor if any camera is out of order. Inform appropriate authorities through the Surveillance Supervisor immediately in the event of an extreme emergency such as a robbery, fire, or a seriously ill or injured person, Record detailed reports of unusual occurrences with timings and ensure storage of all relevant videos for reference and necessary action. Report and record any malfunctioning surveillance equipment to the supervisor and follow up for rectification. Ensure adherence to hank rules at all times relating to safety & security protocols. Work in rotation shifts on weekdays as well as on public holidays.
