Master’s Degree in the field of Engineering/BusinessAdministration/Law/Finance (CA, CFA, CPA) from a national or international university recognized by FIEC. III 20 years of professional experience with at least 10 years in C-Level or equivalent positions in large national or international companies in relevant positions. Age limit 55 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION: Will be responsible for end-end envisioning development execution and management of the company projects. Provide inspired leadership to the company. Make high-level decisions about policy strategy & execution. Reports to the board of directors and keep them informed. Develop and implement operational policies and strategic planning. Act as the primary spokesperson of the company. Develop the company’s culture and overall company vision. Create an environment that promotes performance and positive morale of staff. Oversee the company’s fiscal activities, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing. Ensure legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Work with the executive board to determine values/ mission and plan for short 7 long-term goals. Identify & address problems and opportunities for the company. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company.
