Positions Announced:

1. PROJECT MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION

a. Executing and supervising construction projects

b. Planning & monitoring the project in-depth to schedule deliverables c. Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations Construction Management of Complex Projects with experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, • BSc Civil engineering with 5 -10 years of relevant experience • Knowledge of the LDA bylaws, construction standards & regulations • Strong communication & passion to deliver

2. QA/QC ENGINEER

Responsible for the quality assurance & control of all engineering projects, including building construction. infrastructure development and civil maintenance. The Individual must have a strong grip on engineering standards, critical analysis of Lab reports, Site inspections, compliance & safety standards. • Minimum BSC civil with 5 plus years of relevant experience in Infrastructure & building construction.

3. SITE SUPERVISOR / BUILDING INSPECTOR

Responsible for the execution/ supervision of all types of construction activities as per plan standards and timelines. • Minimum DAE Civil with 5 plus years of relevant experience in building construction and building control

4. SURVEYOR

Responsible for setting out layouts. ensuring levels & maintaining survey records. The individual must have command of auto level, total station, Auto CAD, and survey instruments software • DAE Civil it surveys diploma with 5 years plus relevant experience in building construction & high rise

5. Lab Technician

Responsible for the collection of samples and performing tests on a construction material (soils, asphalt, concrete, etc ) in the field or laboratory • DAE / Lab Diploma with 5 plus years of relevant experience

Location of the following positions: The position is based in Parkview City – Multan Road Lahore.
