1. Research & Development Manager
Ph.D., MPhil, or MS in Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, and relevant subjects from a reputable institution. Individuals with experience of approximately 3 years will be preferred.
Role Requirement: Working directly under the supervision of the Top Management. – Lead the Research & Development Department— assignment-based tasks. • Produce research articles, position papers on subjects/issues of concern for the textile industry, and assessment reports on Industrial trends. • Proficient use of Econometric Software for data analysis and interpretation. • Excellent and demonstrable computer skills for reporting purposes.
2. Statistician – Data Analyst
BSc (Hons)/ MSc Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or relevant subjects.
Role Requirement: Working directly under the supervision of the Top Management. • Assist with the Research Department — assignment-based tasks. • Proficient use of Econometric Software for data analysis and interpretation. • Excellent and demonstrable computer skills for reporting purposes. • Write articles and assessment reports on Industrial trends. • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Work well in an inclusive environment. • Develop and maintain data sets by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources for assessment reports • Collect, update & maintain data collection for industrial operations
3. Social & Environment Industry Compliance Officer
MPhil or MS in Environmental Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies, and relevant subjects from a reputable institution. Individuals with previous experience will be preferred.
Role Requirement: Working directly under the supervision of the Top Management. • Sound knowledge of Textile operations, local and international industrial regulations — ISO, etc • Ensure implementation of progressive initiatives e.g., Green Energy, Zero Carbon emission, waste management, etc to uplift our industrial practices and provide professional assistance • Conducting awareness campaigns and training to equip our industries with the best modern-day technologies and methods to bring about a change to prevent hazardous threats to global environment • Produce research articles, position papers on subjects/issues of concern for the textile industry and assessment reports on Industrial trends.
