Positions Announced:
1. Assistant General Manager HR & Administration
The ideal candidate will be a result-oriented professional with solid experience in human resource management, administration, and training and development. He/she would be aware of best and current industry practices in Human Resources and must have a demonstrated track record of successfully developing and implementing an effective Human Resource Management system. The AGM would provide strategic human resource leadership and would plan, lead, develop, coordinate and implement policies and strategies for Employee Resourcing, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Support as well as training initiatives and employee surveys to support the organization’s human resource needs while ensuring compliance to all applicable laws. On the administration side, the role is responsible for all areas of logistics, general office administration, health and safety, and vehicle management.
The candidate must have at least 12 years of post-qualification experience including 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role. He/she must have an MBA with Majors in Human Resources, or hold a Master of Human Resource Management (HRM) or Management Sciences degree from a reputable HEC recognized university with preferably an SHRM certification.
Foreign, relevant qualifications in the same disciplines will be an added advantage.
2. Manager Human Resource (Female)
The role of the Manager, of Human Resources, is to enable TransKarachi to achieve its objectives by proactively taking initiatives, providing guidance and support, and delivering effective services on all Human Resource matters across the Company. She will be required to assist AGM Human Resources, in drafting policies and processes for Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Selection as well as Retaining and Managing staff to ensure diversity and equal opportunity across the board. Additionally, the selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) for timely retrieval of employee information and analysis.
The candidate must have at least 7 years of relevant experience in Human resources, including 3 years in a mid-level management position. She must have an MBA with Majors in Human Resources or a degree in Management Sciences or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Foreign qualifications will be an added advantage.
