1. Director Legal & Corporate Affairs
LLB. Candidates possessing higher qualifications will be given preference. License holders, more than 05 years experience/practice in High Court along with 2-3 years management experience in any public-private sector firm Having good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to analyze and present information or draft material from a legal point of view, Must have a dear and logical manner. Fluency in the English language. Candidates having multi-directional experience e.g. Corporate Law, General Litigation, and Service matters shall have preference.
Responsibilities: Administration and Management of Legal Directorate of Shaheen Foundation, PAF, To direct and supervise day-to-day functioning of the Legal Directorate (b) Providing legal Mterpretabon and advice pertaining to questions of law, formulation, and vetting of contracts. agreements, claims, etc., and rendering legal advice, where needed. To liaise yell the SF Projects and Subsidiaries Heads and HOSF Doctors in the context of matters pertaining to the court cases. (c) To represent and contest cases in the cowl of law on behalf of Shaheen Foundation To report to Managing Director Shaheen Foundation on legal matters. The selected candidate shall be entitled to retain his professional license issued by the Bar Council. To represent and contest cases in the Court of law on behalf of Shaheen Foundation To report to Managing Director Shaheen Foundation on legal matters. The selected candidate shall be entitled to retain his professional license issued by the Bar Council.
