Application Procedure: 

The application form can be downloaded from the website of Abbottabad University of Science & Technology (www.aust.edu.pk) or can be obtained from the Registrar’s Office of the University. Only the prescribed application form will be accepted. No column of the application form should be left blank particularly equivalent percentage marks/CGPA, contact numbers (both landline and mobile), and postal and email addresses. A bank draft (non-refundable) in favor of Treasurer, Abbottabad University of Science & Technology of Rs. 1500/- for posts at Sr. No. 1-3, Rs 1000/- for posts at Sr. No. 4-6, Rs 800/- for posts at Sr. No. 7-9, Rs 500/- for posts at Sr. No. 10-13and Rs 300/- for posts at Sr. No. 14-25should be deposited. Original receipt of a bank draft (and one photocopy of the same) with attested photocopies of all DMCs, Degrees, Certificates, Experience Certificates, CNIC, and one recent passport size photograph must be attached with the Application Form. The name of the post applied must clearly be mentioned on envelope. Incomplete forms in any respect will not be entertained. No document will be accepted/requested/counted after the due date. The age limit for posts at Sr. No. 1-13 is 18-35, post at Sr. No. 14 is 18-30, and posts at Sr. No. 15-25 are 18-45. For posts at Sr. No. 4-13only the candidates having domicile of any district of Hazara division and for posts at Sr. No. 14-25, only the candidates having domicile of district Abbottabad can apply. In case no eligible candidate is available then candidates having domicile of adjoining districts will be considered eligible as per the university act.
