Vacancies Announced:
Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of digital adoption. Look for the best and most efficient ways to implement the transformation. Assist in the design and execution of the change strategies including identification of change impact on employees, processes, policies, structures, appropriate communication and feedback loops, organizational readiness, and long-term sustainability. Drive agile work practices in leading day-to-day change management activities. Educate and coach stakeholders on change management principles, tools, and their roles in effective change management. Assist in developing and implement new Digital HR solutions.
Qualification / Experience and skills required for the following vacant position and job: At least, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Sciences (a Master’s would be preferred). Minimum of 05 years of experience working in HR / Digital Transformation Proven background of working in digitization and Transformation. Understanding of HR Tools. Previous experience of planning, budgeting and contracting across a fast-paced organization
