Applications from highly qualified and experienced individuals are solicited for the following individual consultant to support the Planning and Development Department in the implementation of the Public Investment Management.
Positions Announced:
1. PIM Technical Advisor
The minimum qualification will be an Engineering Degree (16 years’ education) from a reputed institution, with expertise in IT and any other relevant discipline. The candidate will be expected to have a minimum of 10 years of working experience with the public sector with exposure to policy making and reform within the public sector. Sound groundings in development planning and planning implementation. Strong analytical capabilities with an in-depth understanding of innovative monitoring & evaluation practices. Proactive decision-making skills and result-oriented and creative problem-solving skills. Sound relationship and advocacy skills. Possession of project management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Expertise in Big Data analysis. Excellent presentation skills. IT skills in particular in report writing, data gathering and analysis, and making presentations.
