Positions Announced:

1. Deputy Director (Finance) / Financial Management Specialist

Master’s degree in Commerce (M. Com) / MBA / equivalent with minimum 2nd division and seven (7) years experience in the field of financial management in foreign-funded projects, especially in the World Bank and ADB assisted projects.

2. Procurement Specialist

Master’s degree in Project Management/ M.Com / MBA / M. Phil in Management Sciences/ Public Procurement / Agriculture Engineering or equivalent from HEC recognized University with at least five (05) years experience of procurement in mega projects of which at least two (02) years experience in donor assisted projects.

3. Contract Management Specialist / Legal Advisor

Masters’ degree in contract management / LLB / LLM or equivalent from HEC recognized University with at least five (05) years post qualification experience of contract management, planning, implementation, and monitoring of large projects of which at least two (02) years of working should be on procurement preferably under the donor-funded projects using donor’s guidelines.

4. Accounts Officer

Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com)/equivalent with minimum 2nd division and 10 years experience in foreign-funded projects, especially in World Bank-funded and/or ADB-funded projects.

5. Assistant Agricultural Engineer

B.Sc. Agri. Engineering or B.Sc. Civil/ Mech. Engineering.

6. Water Management Officer

B.Sc. Agri. Engineering OR B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture acquired after completion of 4 years post intermediate course of studies.

7. Agriculture Officer

M.Sc. (Hons). Agri. (Agronomy/Plant Breeding & Genetics / Soil Science/ Entomology / Plant Pathology/ Food Technology and Agricultural Economics/ Farm Management, Plant Protection) From a recognized university in the respective subject acquired after B.Sc. Agri./ B.Sc. (Hons.) Agri.

8. Assistant

Graduate from a recognized University.

The applications on the prescribed form (which can be downloaded from www.agripunjab.gov.pk) addressed to the Secretary Agriculture, Government of Punjab, Civil Secretariat, 2-Bank Road (Old P&D Building), Lahore clearly indicate the post applied for along with the curriculum vitae (CV), three passport-size recent photographs and attested copies of all the relevant documents, CNIC/certificates/degrees, which include detailed marks certificates including CGPA, Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate recognized by the Wafaq-ul-Madaras, position in Board/ University, issued by the authorized Institute/Madrissa, release orders for ex-Servicemen, issued by the concerned authority/Institute and must reach by 30.06.2022.
