1. Head Rewards & Operational Risk Management
This position is responsible to provide strategic leadership and direction to the development of pay, reward, and benefits strategies that align with the Bank’s strategic plan. The position is also responsible to oversee Risk Management within the People & Organizational Excellence Group. Lead Rewards & Operational Risk Management division to advise on the best practice for total reward processes, contributing to the planning, design, and implementation of compensation and benefits programs. Conducts research into best practice total reward schemes, reviewing existing schemes and identifying areas of improvement. • Develop and implement the reward strategy, including salary benchmarking, benefits management, and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review that align with the company’s strategic plan. • Plan and direct the implementation of all benefit plans. • Assess the effectiveness of current programs in relation to the Bank’s objectives and implement change where necessary.
2. Head Culture & Change Management
This position is responsible to lead Culture and Change Management division, and ensure to enable the appropriate and consistent application of the change management approach and its associated methodologies and tools. This role leads and enables the assessment of the prevailing culture, work environment, policies, processes scoping, and definition of change across multiple projects to ensure outcomes and expected benefits are clearly articulated and that agreed work is aligned to the overall project/initiative. • Lead Culture and Change Management division and act as secretary to Culture & Change Management Advisory Council of the Bank and coordinate with the Working Group of the Bank. • Assist in developing Culture & Change Management Strategy, work plan in collaboration with the Culture & Change Management Advisory Council of the Bank, set objectives, performance measurements, standards, and results expected to ensure effective execution. • Conducting Research, gathering market intelligence, Audit Culture, Review Systems, Processes, Policies, etc.
Qualification: Minimum bachelor’s or equivalent from an HEC recognized University/ Foreign University. Minimum 09 Years of experience with 03 years in a similar role.
