Positions Announced:

1. Manager Security & Anti-Corruption (Karachi)

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university.

• Minimum 15 years of working experience with Pakistan Army, Sindh Police, IB, NAB, or FIA

• Retired Maj/Lt Col from Pakistan Army and age, not more than 55 years as on ist June 2022.

• Retired SP/SSP from Sindh Police and age, not more than 62 years as of 1st June 2022.

• Preference will be given to individuals with rich experience in Intelligence.

• Experience in reporting and emergency response planning

• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)

• Medically fit and have a clean service record

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS: Leadership skills, problem solver, execution driven, good communication skills, both oral and written, analytical skills, leadership and stakeholder management and be able to work fluidly in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure safety and security of all PCB assets/venues

• Coordinate with the LEAs and Government Departments for security arrangements during matches (Domestic / International)

• Responsible for planning, developing/implementing security plans, and security programs such as Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management, and/or Investigation under the guidelines of Director Security & Anti-Corruption, PCB.

• Responsible for discipline and conduct of security department personnel

• Arrange regular training of security department personnel
