1. Chief HR & Admin Officer
Masters in HR or MBA (HR) or MPA (16 years of education) from a reputed national or international university duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC). A degree in Law or any international certification in HR will be considered an added qualification. At least fifteen (15) years of relevant post-qualification experience with five (05) years in Senior Management Positions (BPS-19 & above in case of Public Sector Companies and Head of the Dept Division in case of Private Sector Companies) in a large scale and reputed public or private organizations with hands-on experience of dealing with labor unions and industrial relations. An ideal candidate must be acquainted with ERP Tools, Outsourcing/Contract Management, Public Sector Reforms, Public Sector Corporate Governance Guidelines, and Technology Enablement in large-scale organizations.
An ideal candidate must have solid expertise in the implementation of a complete HR Lifecycle, ranging from HR Strategy, Organizational Design, Organizational Development, Compensation & Reward Management, Performance Management and Training & Development. The candidate must have experience in General Administration, Labor or Employees Relations, Security Management, Fleet Management, Facility Management, and Public Procurement under PPRA Rules. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Change Management and Reforms implementation by aligning HR Strategic Plan with the overall business goals of the organization.
