1. Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

CA / ACA/ ACCA / ACMA/ FCA/ FCMA (Higher qualification will be preferred)

Experience: Minimum 20 years including 8 years in a senior financial leadership role. A member of a recognized body of professional accountants.

Job responsibilities:

• Financial planning including budgeting, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.

• Hands-on capability to draft, review and evaluate business development and joint venture models.

• In-depth knowledge of contracting mechanisms and management.

• Good understanding of ERP systems.

• Leadership skills with the ability to delegate, motivate and inspire team members.

• Keeping proper financial records and accounts and maintaining an effective system of internal financial control.

• Developing & managing the accounting system, tax compliance, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, analyses of various financial KPIs,s, and developing growth plans.

• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on all decision-making issues.

• Ability to digitally transform an organization from manual to automated operations.

• Ability to plan & manage large cash flows.

• Ability to develop talent & high-quality team.

• Actively participate in shaping strategy & investment decisions by evaluating strategy choices.

• Maintaining liaison with Govt & other Financial Institutions would be a critical part of this assignment.

• Experience in Public & Private sector working structure, the know-how of PPRA Rules & Regulations.

• Able to design systems for internal audit and compliance with organization policies.

Age: Maximum 55 years General: Selected candidate will be offered 02 years (extendable) contract employment.
