Positions Announced:
1. Chief Operating Officer (COO)
CRITERIA: MBBS and Masters’s degree in healthcare administration or relevant field with a minimum of 10 years of hospital operations and management experience at a senior position in at least 250 bedded tertiary care hospital. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide direction for strategic and operational matters of the hospital including clinical services, human resources, and quality management in accordance with the vision, mission, values, and policies of the organization. Ensure the implementation of the programs, and services and monitor growth in line with the hospital’s goals and objectives. Supervising daily administrative operations with good human resource management skills. Monitor progress of all departments, and ensure procedures & protocols. Ensure patients’ care and safety to the highest standard. Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities, including investigation. in accordance with overall objectives and plans. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure, processes and designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization. Translate the strategic directions of the Board for the hospital into operational plans and activities. Represent the hospital at different forums and to all external constituents. Attend and serve in different professional organizations as a hospital representative. Conduct continuing quality assessment, improvement analysis, and evaluation of patient care delivery, and communicate to the administration on activities/ issues of patient care services. Must have a complete understanding of Minimum Services Delivery Standards (MSDS) of Punjab Healthcare Commission and ensure compliance of all the indicators, SOPs, and policies with the rules and regulations of PHC/ accrediting bodies by monitoring operations and initiating changes where required. Ability to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. High level of personal integrity and accountability.
Salary Package: The salary package will be determined according to qualification, experience, and capability.
