Qualification required for the following vacant position and job: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Earth Sciences (16 years of education). Additional qualifications will be an advantage.
Experience required for the following vacant position and job: 20 years post-qualification progressively responsible experience inclusive of 08 years of working at senior management level in an E&P Company.
Duties / Responsibilities: The core responsibilities for the position will be as follows: Assist MD/CEO on all technical/operational matters. Develop operational strategies, and policies and supervise operational activities of the Company in the field of exploration, drilling, production, and resource enhancement. Ensure meeting the business targets set by the Board of Directors. Develop yearly objectives, annual business plans, and targets. leadership role in engaging, planning, and developing manpower to meet the requirements of the business. Ability/experience in developing capital projects and managing joint ventures. Experience and knowledge of developing business agreements and contract preparation under legal/regulatory framework. Well-versed with HSEQ standards and best industry practices, related to E&P Sector. The term of employment will be 03 years. Open term contract may be offered upon successful completion of the initial period.
