Positions Announced:
1. Coordinator
16 years of education in economics, business administration, social policy, or any related field from a recognized foreign/ local university. At least 5-7 years of work experience working on development assignments and project management of complex activities in the public and private sectors. Prior experience in team management and coordinating multiple stakeholders in social development sectors and preferably in tourism, food, beverage, handicrafts, and hospitality industry. Good report writing and presentation skills in the English language. The candidate’s written assignments and articles will be reviewed.
2. Data Analyst
16 years of education in Management Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, and relevant technical field is required from a reputed/ recognized foreign/ local university. Relevant work experience of 3-5 years in public, and private sector with significant knowledge of tourism and hospitality sector dynamics and the interventions of private sector enterprises and Punjab IT Board and/or similar public sector organizations. Highly skilled in research and analysis: Demonstrable qualitative and analytic skills; Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc). Strong knowledge of and, experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, etc), databases (SQL, etc), and data visualization tools (Microsoft Power III, Tableau, etc).
3. Research Analyst
16 years of education in Public/Social policy, Economics, Business Administration, or similar discipline from a reputed/ recognized foreign or a local university. 2 years of work experience in the Public or Private Sector in research, policy development, stakeholder engagement, etc. Prior experience of working in the tourism sector and with government departments and development partners is required. Demonstrated excellent report writing and presentation skills in English.
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
