Positions Announced:
1. Manager Corporate & Regulatory Affairs
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law. Candidates possessing higher qualifications i.e., Master in Law OR Barrister at Law will be preferred. 12 years post qualification experience including at least 3 years practice of High Court. Minimum 3 years experience in dealing with matters related to corporate and power sector regulators, tax authorities, and other government bodies in a reputed organization.
2. Manager Litigation
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law. Candidates possessing higher qualifications i.e., Master in Law OR Barrister at Law will be preferred. 12 years post qualification experience including at least 3 years practice of High Court. Minimum 3 years experience of dealing with matters related to litigations and arbitrations in a reputed organization.
3. Manager Energy Contracts
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law. Candidates possessing higher qualifications i.e., Master in Law OR Barrister at Law will be preferred. 12 years post qualification experience including at least 3 years practice of High Court. Minimum 3 years experience in negotiating, drafting, and/or vetting various kinds of agreements, deeds, and instruments, etc. in a reputed organization.
Skills required for the following vacant positions and jobs: Knowledge of Laws dealing with the electricity sector will be added advantage.
