1. Engineering Consultant
Masters or Graduate in Engineering (Robotics and Intelligent Machine Mechatronics Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering) from H.E.C. recognized University or abroad. Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PLC.) as professional or consulting Engineer. At least 07 stars’ experience for Masters & above, and at least 12 years’ experience for Graduates, of working as an Industrial Consultant Trainer. Should be capable of designing and conducting Technical Trailing Courses for the development of Inclush)! entrepreneurs ‘1 SMEs. Experience in Product development and conunenializaticm to support the entrepreneurs is preferable. Be able to develop Business plans. conduct diagnostic studies and feasibilities for startups. Knowledge and experience in Project Management. Business ethics, cutting edge technology. contemporary manufacturing techniques (kan green manufacturing. energy efficiency. etc.). Compliance Regime including sector-specific certifications of various industrial sectors. Technological developments, Innovation & R&D. latest industrial trends like Industry 4.0 is preferable. Be able to prepare Project concept paper and PC-I, tender documents. RFPs. RFQs. E0Is and related documents for designing train resources of degree programs and business plans. r o render tecnnicai assistance on tem= eagineetuig raven issues. to advise in respect of prelininary detailed engineering structural design of the Incubation Centre and Entrepreneurship Training and Development Department (ETDD) at PITAC.
2. Management Consultant
MBA /MS /M. Phil degree in Management Sciences from a well-reputed institution recognized by HEC. Well-developed industry expertise in a domain of alignment especially entrepreneurship SME development. At least 07 years’ experience for M. Phil & above. and at least 12 years’ experience for Master. of working as Industrial Consultant. Corporate Trainer in business management. The capability of designing and conducting HR. marketing. Financial and Operational Management-related courses for the Industry’ entrepreneurs/ SMEs is preferable. Be able to develop Business plank feasibilities, case studies for startups. Experience in Project Management Business ethics. core strategy development, operational optimization. risk assessment and management services, market research, and human capital advisory. Knowledge and experience on access to fiancé for the entrepreneurs i.e. loaning schemes, guarantee schemes, grant schemes, and venture capitals are preferable. Be able to explore the local international donors and film up donations for the up-gradation of MAC.
3. Assistant Director (Enterprenaurship)
Second Class or Grade -C” Bachelor or Master Deuce stn Business Commerce HR Economics Finance with 03 Years relevant experience with Bachelor Degree 02 Years relevant experience with Master Experience in Entrepreneurship Training, Industrial Research. Market Analysis and its related activities will be preferable.
