Positions Announced:
1. Lead HR Business Partner
Qualification / Experience: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized University / Institute Candidates having Master’s degree would be preferred. Minimum 08 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Banking. Candidates having experience of working in an HR Business Partner and/or HR Generalist role would be preferred
Demonstrated success in all Human Resource and functional areas with a dynamic environment Must be hands-on and capable of planning, development, and executing Human Resource projects Well-developed relationship management and communication skill Detail oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy Good understanding of business and financial acumen Leadership skills/coaching and mentoring
Duties: To develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge gap between management and employees To plan and align Human Resource initiative with organizational objectives across the board To communicate and lead nationwide special projects initiated by the Human Resource department To provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plan business unit restructurinc To maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial positions, and competition of the business units under the Human Resource purview To review and recommend improvement of the organization’s policies procedure and practices To collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs and solutions To communicate changes in the organization’s policies and procedures and ensure proper compliance To monitor and reengineer Human Resource processes to ensure maximum efficiency To work closely with the business in the annual performance management cycle To find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention To oversee employee data analysis to stay abreast and create a better working environment and culture To keep tabs on grievances across the network and implement disciplinary procedures in liaison with Employee Relations Division according to company policies and procedures
