Positions Announced:
1. Area Manager – MSME
Duties: The Area Manager is also responsible for contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings and planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients and continuing to strengthen the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation at TMF.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare a monthly plan on loan disbursement against plan operation of the area. Conduct regular meetings with branch staff for progress against target. Supervise the work of Loan Officers and branch officers in the field. Approve loan appraisal submitted by Branch/verification Officers. Conduct meetings and overview the Planning v/s achievement staff and portfolio activities. Conduct orientation and training of new staff regularly. Review monthly progress against the plan of the loan disbursement and recovery of each branch. Submit monthly, fortnightly, weekly reports to Region/Head Office. Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
Qualification required for the following vacant position: Master’s degree in related field or equivalent from HEC recognized institution.
Experience required for the following vacant position: 3-5 years of experience in Business development especially in the Microfinance industry.
Skills required for the following vacant position: Teamwork Decision Making & Problem-Solving Strong communication skills
Location of the following vacant position: Mirpurkhas, Badin, and Hyderabad
