Positions Announced:
1. Chief General Operations:
Must have a degree (16 years of education) in Administration, Management Sciences, Finance & Accounting, Economics, IT, or allied disciplines from reputed and accredited institutions. Must be having post-qualification relevant work experience of 14 years out of which at least 7 years must be in a senior managerial and strategic role. Effectively overseeing operating procedures across the Company. Providing strategic, operational, and regulatory direction to the Company. Defining, implementing, and revising operational policies and procedures for operational functions including Administration, HR, IT, and Procurement. Reviewing the specific costs of the Company’s operations in order to ensure the most economical methods of operations. Identifying and delivering the required administrative support operations for the Company.
2. Chief Project Planning & Development
Must have a degree (16 years of education) in Civil Engineering or allied disciplines from reputed and accredited institutions. Must be having post-qualification relevant work experience of 14 years out of which at least 7 years must be in a senior managerial and strategic role. Strong understanding of the development of business plans as well as strategic project planning as per requirements of infrastructure projects preferably economic zones and cash flow requirements. Internationallnational experience in developing infrastructure regarding roads, sewerage, water sully planning, treatment plant, firefighting system, and health & safety. Must have the ability to handle complex engineering issues. Experience in developing industrial zones will be considered a plus. Wide experience in overseeing all site civil engineers and coordination with architects, consultants& contractors. Must be able to plan effective utilization of operational expenses of the project to provide strategic mix and phase-wise completion of projects.
3. Chief Zones Management
Must have a degree (16 years of education) in Administration. Management Sciences, Finance & Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or allied disciplines from reputed and accredited institutions. Must be having post qualification relevant work experience of 14 years out of which at least 7 years must be in a senior managerial and strategic role. Overseeing the overall development and management activities of the zones operations and able to devise strategies for effective and productive delivery of services and high performance in customer services. Reviewing, scrutinizing, and developing efficient and effective operational process flow in zones. Monitoring implementation of annual marketing, sales, and recovery plans. Establishing an effective growth process and infrastructure to achieve self-sufficiency in all the zone operations. Developing and implementing the Company’s sales strategy across key market segments to ensure that the Company identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth.
