1. Assistant Manager Legal
Responsibilities and Skills: To assist the Legal department in the research & drafting of legal instruments. Proficiency in computer skills. Excellent communication skills. Strong skills in legal drafting. Corporate compliances of SECP. Maintenance of corporate records and minutes of Board Meetings.
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position and job: LLB Degree from HEC Recognized University. At least 4 years of experience as in-house legal counsel of a reputable Corporate Legal Firm. Applicants with LLM degrees and experience in the Power Sector will be preferred.
Max Age Limit required for the following position: The maximum age of candidates should not be more than 40 years at the last date of advertisement ie. 27th September 2021.
