Positions Announced:

1. Field Project Manager – Quetta

Qualification / Experience: Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any related discipline with a minimum of six to eight years experience in project/program management & implementation, HR, or related field. Must have the ability to ensure proper implementation of HR processes, coordination and communication with client and other stakeholders, daily supervision, and managing staff performance at all levels.

2. District Coordinator- Killa Abdullah (Chaman)

Qualification / Experience: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or any related discipline with a minimum of five to six years working experience in handling Project HR functions at the district level, including coordination and communication with clients, daily supervision of staff activities, managing recruitment and staff performances at all levels

3. Project Officer Quetta, Chaman & Pishin

Qualification / Experience: Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any related discipline with four to five years’ experience of supporting all project HR functions across departments at different levels. Must have the ability to handle HR functions including general staff communication, complaint handling, tracking staff progress, letter preparation, monitoring of activities, and reporting.

4. Field Project Associate -Quetta, Chaman & Pishin

Qualification / Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any related discipline with 1 to 2 years field mobilization or HR experience. Must have the ability to coordinate and handle Project HR functions including maintaining accurate records, and reporting.

Skills required for the jobs: Good command of computer skills especially in Microsoft Office package Must have the ability to work under stressful situations on multiple assigned tasks within specified deadlines Good interpersonal communication and analytical skills Result-oriented with a can-do attitude. Flexible to travel extensively within the country and work independently.
