1. Secretary-General OCAC
Duties / Responsibilities: Shall be responsible for the accomplishment of the organization’s mission, vision, and objectives. The incumbent will be developing sound business strategies and delivering strong leadership besides overseeing the organization’s overall management. Must have in-depth knowledge of Oil & Petroleum Sector dynamics in the country and around the world. Ability to develop & manage relationships with key stakeholders including Members. Government Ministries, Regulatory Agencies, etc. Should be able to interface with them amicably to resolve the downstream petroleum industry’s concerns. Represent the organization at national and international levels. To remain aware of developing regulatory, financial, legal, operational, and contractual compliance issues both locally and internationally, and keep the Board apprised of the same.
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: University degree from a reputed HEC recognized international or local institution. Minimum twenty (20) years of professional experience including at least ten (10) years in a senior executive leadership role in a dynamic organization. Successful track record of managing a large portfolio in the petroleum downstream sector (oil refining and petroleum marketing sectors), locally and/or internationally. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, listening, financial and management skills. Minimum age: 55 years.
