Vacancies Announced:
1. Dy. Manager Legal / Contracts
Qualification / Experience required for the following position: Degree in law (LLB). Master in law or barrister in law will have an additional advantage. Experience: Minimum 05 years of total experience including 03 years of experience in the power sector. Candidates having an understanding of legal & regulatory affairs associated with the power sector including laws, rules & regulations, etc. and the contractual framework for power/ energy sale will be preferred. Knowledge of the competitive electricity market will be an added advantage.
2. Dy. Manager Contract Management & Regulatory Affairs
Qualification / Experience required for the following position: Bachelor or equivalent degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics)/ Finance /Accounting/ Law / Management sciences from reputable HEC recognized universities. Experience: Minimum 05 years of total experience including 03 years of experience in the power sector. The candidate should possess an understanding of commercial and financial matters of the utility business/power sector along with regulatory affairs and legal /contractual issues. Knowledge of competitive electricity market, bilateral contract and bidding process, and regulatory affairs Knowledge of competitive electricity market will be an added advantage.
