Chartered Accountant, Masters Degree (Finance / Accounting) having at least 10 years experience in financial matters in a reputable organization or in a public sector.

Duration and Terms of the appointment: The Director Finance shall be appointed by the Chief Minister, Sindh on the recommendation of the Search Committee formed by the Government of Sindh, for a period of 03 years and will be entitled to draw a salary and other emoluments according to rules and policy or as mutually agreed upon.
