Vacant Positions Announced:
1. CEO
Responsibilities: Setting and achievement of strategic goals and making sure they are measurable Lead the development of comprehensive short term and long term strategy for the organization’s business Develop and implement the organization’s vision, mission in line with directions from BoGs. Develop an environment/culture that is aligned with the mission, vision, and objectives of the organization. Maintain awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry development, etc. for growth of the organization Provide BoGs with periodic reports about progress and status as per policies and procedures
Qualification and Experience: Master’s degree in Physics/Electronics. B.E (Electronics, Mechanical) from a recognized national/international university. 05 Years experience in heading an organization engaged in development and production of LASER, Thermal Imaging, or Electro-Optics systems. Min. 20-years’ of working experience in a technical organization/company, involved in R&D and Production of LASER/ Electro-Optics systems, at technical and management levels. Capable of establishing relationships with leading Public/Private organizations to promote business. Armed Forces experience will be preferred. Well conversant with defense sector regulations related to Security & Procurement.
