DEPARTMENTS:- Accident & Emergency, Anaesthesia, Dentistry, ENT, Forensic Medicine, Gen.Surgery, Gynae & Obst, Internal Medicine, Microbiology, Nephrology, Ophthalmology, Pharmacology, Physiology, Radiology.

Attach Attested Photocopies of the Following Documents: – IN MBBS / BDS degree & detail marks sheets of all professional examinations.

■ PM&DC/PMC valid permanent registration certificate.

■ House Job certificate with exact dates from the concerned Medical Superintendent/Administrators.

■ Copy of publications (if any) in an approved journal from PM&DC/PMC/PubMed & HEC.

■ Domicile Certificate.

■ Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).

■ Attach subject/specialty related experience certificate (MO / Registrar / Demonstrator) from the PMDC / PMC recognized hospital (if any).

■ One passport size photograph duly attested from the backside.

■ Those having foreign qualifications are required to submit HEC/PMDC/PMC equivalency certificate.
