Positions Vacant:
1. GENERAL MANAGER TECHNICAL
Responsibilities: Identification and selection of plant and machinery. Planning, implementation, and supervision of plant erection. Selection of manpower and team building. Startup the plant and stabilizing the process. quality standards & operational procedures. Identification of raw materials and their sourcing. New Product Development with high contribution and stabilizing the process with low variable cost. Responsible for customer complaints & quality assurance. Reducing the variable cost, Stabilizing the process, and Quality by reducing the process loss. Troubleshooting includes controlling day-to-day problems. Inventory control & budget planning based on the forecast of sales.
Qualification / Experience: Relevant qualification. Minimum 15 years experience in ceramic tiles plant operations along with experience of plant erection and its commissioning. Preference shall be given to the one having experience on both/ different European and Chinese plants.
2. MANAGER ELECTRICAL
Responsibilities: Plan and execute all phases of plant erection as per electrical engineering drawings. To build and lead the electrical team in pre & post-plant erection & the manufacturing phase. Build and implement plant preventive maintenance schedule in accordance with machine manuals and suppliers’ recommendations. Preparation of BOQs and estimates
Qualification / Experience: BSc / B.Tech Electrical with a minimum of 10 years experience in plant erection, maintenance, and operations management. Preference will be given to candidates having relevant experience in ceramic tiles manufacturing plants in both / different European and Chinese plants.
