Positions Vacant:
1. Branch Manager
Qualification / Experience: Minimum graduate from a reputable HEC recognized University/ College/ Institute. Candidate having Master’s degree from HEC recognized University/ College/ Institute will be preferred. Any Islamic Banking Certificate/Degree/Diploma will be given an added benefit and preferred. Minimum 03 years of experience as Branch/Operations Manager Islamic banking experience and banking training will be preferred. Computer literacy is a must.
Location of the job: Gujar Khan, Gujrat, Liaqutpur, Chiniot, Hafizabad, Sialkot, Karachi, Thatta, Battagram. Hangu
Duties: To meet with Existing to Bank (ETB) and New to Bank (NTB) customers for the marketing of deposit, finance, retail banking products, Banca, asset management, remittances, and FBR. To ensure smooth and error-free services to customers and timely resolution of their complaints and queries. To execute and deliver branch’s annual business plan and budget, to ensure that the activities and plans performed by the function are aligned to the Region/Group strategy and plans. To monitor and periodically review the credit portfolio of the branch (where applicable). To undertake performance evaluation and mentoring of the reporting staff and conduct periodical meetings with the staff to achieve business and service targets.
2. Operation Manager
Qualification / Experience: At least graduation from a reputable HEC recognized Universitynnstitute/College. Preference will be given to candidates having Islamic banking qualifications. At least 04 years of banking experience.
Duties: To reconcile Bank General Accounts. NOSTRO/VOSTRO accounts. FE-25 accounts with SBP. To supervise daily compilation and preparation of the Statement of Affairs and other periodic reports/ statistics for Senior Management / Regulatory Authority. To assist Branch Manager in the development of the annual budget for the branch and monitor compliance with the budgetary requirements. To attend meetings as and when called to ensure smooth operations of the Branch as per requirements set by Operations Group. To review and provide comments on any observations relevant to Branch Operations cited by the auditors in their report. To ensure confidentiality arid transparency in maintaining customer bank accounts.
