Job Description:
Applications are invited from eligible and qualified candidates for the following posts in BMDC Hospital Bahawalpur. The selected candidate will be granted with a competitive market salary with performance-based incentives. The position vacant is of Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration or relevant field with 10 – 12 years of Hospital management experience at a senior position in a reputed Hospital. Experience to start and manage a large 500 bedded teaching hospital affiliated with medical college teaching hospital experience will be preferred. Experience in the accreditation process of Pakistan Medical and Dental College. Strong working knowledge of the overall operation of the hospital with good human resource management skills. Monitor the progress of all departments, ensure procedures & protocols. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. High level of personal integrity and accountability.
