Positions Vacant:
1. Assistant Director Clinical Research
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: MBBS / Post Graduate Fellow / or any relevant degree with at least 5 Research Publications PMC and Research Certification from any International Accredited body. At least 8 – 10 years of relevant Clinical experience
Duties and Responsibilities of the job: Oversee and develop research-related policies as needed by the institution under the supervision of Director Clinical Research. Execute all Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved clinical research projects at Shifa Clinical Research Center and ensure quality. Facilitate capacity building and infrastructure development for the execution of clinical trials at SIN and affiliated units and subsequently providing adequate training. Review all research contracts. subcontracts and liaise with the legal department and other stakeholders as required. Liaise with Auditor. Monitors and Sponsor of clinical trials at SIN and Principal / Sub Investigator and may serve as sub-investigator with the senior leadership as required.
2. Senior Clinical Research Associate
Qualification / Experience required for the following vacant position: MBBS / Bachelor / Masters in Medical field or any relevant degree. Relevant Registration / Membership/license as per qualification At least 5 – 7 years of relevant clinical experience.
Duties and Responsibilities of the job: Ensure quality and conduct all IRS-approved clinical research at Sillfa Clinical Research Center. Supervise CRA (Clinical Research Associate). Assistant CRA. Research Mentees, Research Coordinator, and Biostatistician. Work in collaboration with other departments of the hospital as required. Document patient care services by charting inpatient and department records of patients enrolled in Clinical Trials. Ensure the integrity of data handling.
