Positions Vacant:
1. Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director
Qualification / Experience required: Graduate degree (preferably Post Graduate or Master’s degree) in the relevant field including engineering, economics, energy management, law, finance, accountancy, business administration, and/or member of a recognized body of professional accountants from a reputable university/ institution recognized/ accredited from HEC or from a foreign reputable university/ institution. Fifteen (15) years post qualification experience of which seven (07) years’ experience should be in a senior management leadership role. Knowledge and experience to implement best practices of corporate governance, risk management. Strong ability to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effective management of resources. Exceptional people management, relationship building, and negotiation skills; multicultural competence; and the ability to influence relevant stakeholders. Excellent English is written and verbal communication skills. Impeccable integrity and reputation. Analytical, intellectually robust, commercially astute, and able to work with the Board and deliver. Relevant international LNG industry experience will be given preference. The candidate should be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the energy landscape in Pakistan. Ability to articulate clear strategic options, evaluate potential outcomes and plan effective implementation with a clear focus on delivery.
