Positions Vacant:
1. Chief Executive Officer
Qualification required for the following position: Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other business-related disciplines.
Experience required for the following position: Minimum of eight years’ experience in a senior management position with preferably 2 years experience in the collateral management and warehousing business. Preference would also be given to someone having been a senior team member of a successful greenfield project. Extensive exposure to strategic warehousing and large-scale integrated supply chain management. The candidate must meet Fit & Proper Criteria as stipulated in Schedule I of the CMC Regulations 2019. Knowledge of Pakistan’s agriculture sector, its business model, and finances. Proven ability to manage the integrated supply chain. Demonstrated capacity to successfully undertake the cognate responsibilities of the position along with a proven record of integrity and unblemished character. Ability to comprehend the applicable legal, operational and regulatory framework. Ability to collaborate with the management and Board of Directors to participate in the formulation and execution of strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills to successfully lead a growing organization and an emerging eco-system.
Skills: Hands-on experience in managing technically integrated projects and critical infrastructures. Ability to negotiate and create win-win situations. Exposure of product development and marketing strategy thereof.
