1. Company Secretary & General Counsel
Job Responsibilities / Objectives of the job: Planning, administering, and reviewing corporate compliance activities. effective practices concerning a meeting of the Board of Directors and Shareholders. To look after bank’s legal matters and cases across the country.
Qualification and experience required for the following vacant position: LLB / LLM qualified with preferably 10+ years of experience and/or Member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries/CA with thorough knowledge over Contract/property and microfinance laws. Candidates currently working in the capacity of Company Secretary and/or Head of Legal are preferred.
